I built a house in Casuarina Beach with SeaBreeze homes while living in Darwin and with very limited involvement through the building process.

During the construction the Sea Breeze team took care of all of the day to day issues associated with building a new home, making the experience enjoyable and hassle free. There was always a good communication allowing me to know how the construction progressed and what was involved.

They worked in conjunction with my architect to provide a quality house.

SALT VILLAGE RESENDENCE- Complete Oct  2010 

We have recently had a house built for us by SeaBreeze Homes at Salt village. In all respects the entire building project went well, from the interface between the builder and architect, to the project being delivered on time, to the quality of the actual construction and finishes. After yesterday we were very excited and got our house appraised to start to get the ball rolling. Our house was valued at a good price allowing us to be able to buy land (if sold), plus some money for the house.

We are 100% on building with you guys, with the style of house you showed us yesterday. When the plans are finished and the tender is all organised would it be possible for us to get a better idea of a more accurate cost of the house, plus the outlook of the house?
